Variations:

For Technical Issues: "We've identified the root cause: [technical issue]. Our engineering team is working on a fix. Expected resolution: [Date]. In the meantime, [workaround if available]."

For Timeline Concerns: "I understand the timeline is important. We're [action] to get back on track. Revised timeline: [dates]. If this doesn't work, let's discuss alternatives."
