Based on: Status Update Template
Scenario: Sanitized SaaS company implementing a multi-tenant deployment model for enterprise customers.

Meridian Apps - Status Update - 2026-04-24

Summary

Implementation is on track for the first enterprise tenant launch. Tenant isolation, namespace quotas, and SSO validation are complete; current focus is load testing and operational handoff.

Progress Since Last Update

  • Completed tenant namespace provisioning for tenant-alpha, tenant-beta, and tenant-gamma.
  • Validated SSO group mapping for tenant admins and read-only auditors.
  • Applied default resource quotas and limit ranges for each tenant namespace.
  • Confirmed tenant-specific dashboards in the observability workspace.

Current Focus

  • Running load test against the tenant-alpha workflow to verify quota behavior under burst traffic.
  • Finalizing the tenant onboarding checklist for Customer Success and Support.

Blockers / Risks

  • Load test data generation is slower than planned - Impact: may reduce the number of test iterations before launch - Mitigation: customer data engineering team is providing a synthetic dataset by 2026-04-27.
  • Tenant naming convention is not finalized - Impact: could create rework in automation scripts - Mitigation: platform lead to approve naming standard by 2026-04-28.

Next Steps

  • Complete burst load test - Owner: Solutions Engineering - Due: 2026-04-29
  • Approve tenant naming convention - Owner: Meridian Platform Lead - Due: 2026-04-28
  • Review onboarding checklist with Customer Success - Owner: SE and CS Lead - Due: 2026-05-01

Help Needed

  • Need confirmation from Product on whether tenant-level audit export is generally available or should be marked as roadmap for this launch.
